Check if You Qualify for Social Support Programs
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Zaruhi Batoyan, announced on her Facebook page the launch of the website online.ssa.am. Through this platform, individuals can find out if they are beneficiaries of social programs aimed at neutralizing the economic impacts of the coronavirus.
By entering your details in Armenian characters in the relevant section of the website, you can verify whether you are included in the list of beneficiaries for the assistance program. If you are recognized as a beneficiary, you will also see the name of the bank where the allocated funds have been transferred for you.
To receive the one-time support, you need to visit any branch of the specified bank with an identification document. It is important to note that the funds will be available at the bank for three months; if no claim is made regarding the funds during this period, they will be returned to the state budget of Armenia.
Additionally, it should be noted that the list of beneficiaries for the program 'Emergency Cash Assistance for Parents Laid Off Due to Coronavirus' (Measure 4) is not complete and is updated regularly. Therefore, if you do not find your details in the list, please try to verify them again after some time.
