Citizens Will Show Their Movement Permit and Passport to Police Themselves: Avinyan
To eliminate direct contact and prevent the spread of infections, law enforcement has been instructed not to take the movement permit and passport/ID card from citizens when checking, but rather to ask citizens to show them themselves. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan on his Facebook page.
“Dear fellow citizens, to eliminate direct contact and prevent the spread of infections, law enforcement has been instructed not to take the movement permit and passport/ID card from citizens when checking, but rather to ask citizens to show them themselves. I would also like to add that we have created an electronic version of the movement permit, which is available at https://ac19.am/app/mobility. After you fill in your details there, a special electronic document will be generated (which cannot be edited), from which the police officer approaching for verification will receive the necessary information.
In addition to the options created by AC19.am, you may also use electronic applications developed by our IT companies, if they comply with the decision on movement restrictions,” he wrote.
