The State Revenue Committee Provides Certificates to Law-Abiding Taxpayers Remotely

In the context of the spread of coronavirus worldwide, the encouragement of tax-paying businesses in Armenia has not been suspended. Certificates confirming the status of 'Law-Abiding Taxpayer' are being issued to taxpayers remotely. The State Revenue Committee has sent certificates to eight businesses via postal service while maintaining safety regulations.

According to the Public Relations Department of the SRC, since the beginning of 2020, applications for certificates have been submitted by 32 businesses. Out of these, 21 applications have been approved (including two applications received at the end of 2019), nine have been rejected, and another four are still under review.

It is important to note that the lists of businesses that have received certificates as law-abiding taxpayers are published on the official website of the tax authority in the 'Tax Information' section under 'Information Lists on Taxpayers.'
