Simplification of Gasoline Imports from Russia to Armenia
The State Duma of Russia has ratified an agreement between the governments of Russia and Armenia regarding cooperation in the supply of natural gas, petroleum products, and unprocessed diamonds to Armenia. This was reported by TASS.
According to the source, the agreement was signed in Moscow on October 4, 2019. It stipulates that the exports of Russian petroleum products, particularly gasoline, to the territory of Armenia will be conducted without the application of temporary customs declarations required by Russian legislation, excluding natural gas.
According to the conclusion of the Energy Committee of the State Duma, the document aims to simplify the procedures for the export of Russian petroleum products to Armenia.
