Echmiadzin Mayor Tests for Coronavirus

The Mayor of Echmiadzin, Diana Gasparyan, has been in self-isolation since last Friday and will only return to work today. She announced this during a broadcast on Public Television.

Gasparyan stated that she had come into contact with participants of a well-known engagement ceremony, which prompted her to self-isolate. According to her, if discipline is being demanded from citizens, the same should apply to officials.

The mayor mentioned that she had taken the test twice, both times receiving negative results, and therefore, she will be returning to work.
