Banks Stop Providing Loans. What Problems May Arise. "Zhamanak"

"Zhamanak" newspaper reports: "Banks have not only suspended loan servicing but also the provision of new loans. This could cause significant problems in the agricultural sector, as March is the most active period for agricultural work, and if farmers are not provided with loan funds now, it will be impossible to make up for the lost time later.
