Vayots Dzor and Tavush Prosecutors Dismissed from Their Positions
The Prosecutor of Vayots Dzor Province, Nairi Henrik Avagyan, has been dismissed from his position by order of the Republic of Armenia's Chief Prosecutor Artur Davtyan dated October 9. This information was provided by the Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Armenia.
On October 10, Chief Prosecutor Artur Davtyan issued an order transferring Garik Manukyan, the Deputy Prosecutor of Lori Province, to the role of Prosecutor of Lori Province, effective immediately.
Furthermore, by order dated October 11, Prosecutor of Tavush Province, Viktor Grigoryan, has been transferred and appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk Province.
Additionally, on October 11, Petros Martirosyan, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan, has been reassigned as the Prosecutor of Syunik Province.
Finally, the Prosecutor of Syunik Province, Vazgen Harutyunyan, has been transferred to serve as the Deputy Head of the Department for Crimes Against Property within the RA Prosecutor General's Office.
