The State Revenue Committee Requests Court to Lift the Seizure of Manvel Grigoryan's Assets
The State Revenue Committee (SRC) has submitted a letter to the judge regarding the case of former MP Manvel Grigoryan, requesting the court to lift part of the seizure imposed on certain properties in this case. This would allow the SRC to auction and sell movable and immovable assets valued at 1 billion 18 million drams, directing the proceeds to the state budget as fulfillment of tax obligations.
According to the judge, the request pertains to the company "Ara and Aycemnik" LLC, whose entire property is currently under seizure by the pre-trial authority.
The defense team countered that the motion is not lawful, arguing that the case is in the litigation phase and there is also ongoing administrative proceedings.
