Sons of Diplomats Mostly Avoid Military Service (They've Skipped It), Political Scientist

Political scientist Armen Minasian wrote on his Facebook page: “Armenia is a country where the primary issue is security, which cannot be resolved without addressing the demographics, which in turn cannot be managed without immigration. This is impossible without involving ethnic Armenians from abroad, which cannot be achieved without necessary propaganda efforts, and this is impossible without the principled stance and dedication of diplomats and politicians.

So now explain how this is possible when the sons of diplomats mostly do not serve in the army (they've skipped it), and after raising the issue, they try to make a fuss about it with deputies, who have also mostly evaded military service.”
