Expired and Poorly Labeled Food Products Found

The inspection conducted by the Trade and Services Department of the Yerevan City Hall at the "Evrika-95" store located at 23/4 Norashen district of Yerevan has led to a video being published, which was registered as a complaint by the Food Safety Inspectorate. Based on this, inspectors carried out regulatory activities at the sales point owned by businessman Armen Nikoghosyan.

The Food Safety Inspectorate reports that the monitoring revealed expired and poorly labeled food products. The expired items included cookies "Astghabyul" weighing 650 grams, cooked pork "Gandzasar" weighing 1 kg, amateur cooked sausage "Athens" weighing 200 grams, cooked mortadella sausage "Athens" weighing 770 grams, a pack of "Gandzasar" sausages, a piece of "Chicago" sausage from "Biella", a pack of special sausages "Tsarsky Produkt" consisting of 7 pieces, 2 packs of amateur cooked sausage "Athens", 3 pieces of amateur cooked sausage "Tsarsky Produkt", 3 kg of corn flour "Kubanskaya Matushka", a pack of crackers with sea salt, 2 packs of soluble coffee "Lor", 2 pieces of "Raffaello" candies, a can of sardine fillets, 147 pieces of broth "Galina Blanka", and a box of chocolate "Ferrero Rocher".

Items with insufficient labeling included 2.5 kg of Lory cheese, 1.7 kg of "Aftab" melted cheese, 5 packs of lasagna, and 4 kg of kebab stuffing.

The expired food products were destroyed on-site, and orders were issued to rectify the labeling violations.
