Car Rolls into Ravine and Gets Stuck in Snowbank on Yerevan-Gyumri Highway
On January 8, at 18:13, the Crisis Management Center of the Aragatsotn regional rescue service received a call reporting an accident near the village of Mastara.
A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was discovered that at the 55th kilometer of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, a Nissan vehicle had veered off the road, rolled into a ravine, and got stuck in a snowbank.
The rescuers disconnected the car's battery, closed the gas cylinder valve, and managed to pull the vehicle back onto the roadway. Emergency medical personnel provided first aid to the driver and passenger on-site.
