Charges Filed Against Director of Stepanavan Medical Center

The director of the Stepanavan Medical Center, Anush Isperyan, has been charged with public criminal prosecution for embezzlement and fraud. This was reported to Hetq by the Investigative Committee.

Charges have also been filed against the center's accountant, Norair Gukasian, who is accused of committing fraud (in two instances).

Both Anush Isperyan and Norair Gukasian are under house arrest as a preventive measure.

It should be noted that there is another criminal case currently being investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee related to the Stepanavan Medical Center. At this time, there are no defendants in that case.
