Criminal Proceedings Initiated Involving Patrol Officers in Theft Case
Criminal proceedings have been initiated in the Shirak region concerning an alleged crime involving patrol officers, with arrests made. This information was provided to the media by the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
“Currently, procedural actions are being conducted, and there are arrests,” stated the Committee.
Regarding the number of arrests, the Investigation Committee mentioned that more detailed information will be released throughout the day. They did not specify the reasons for the arrests.
It is noteworthy that on January 27, media outlets reported that two patrol officers were suspected of committing theft in the Shirak region.
