International Wanted Notice Issued for Gagik Tsarukyan's Son
The prosecutor submitted criminal proceedings to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Province on January 23, 2025, concerning participants involved in hooliganism and open theft with the use of a weapon on October 26, 2024, at a casino in Tsaghkadzor. The prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against the security staff of N.T. on January 13, 2025, under Article 253, Part 2, Points 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code (performing a robbery by damaging security measures designated for property preservation with the preliminary agreement of a group of individuals), as well as under Article 474, Part 2, Point 1 (aiding a person committing a crime with the preliminary agreement of a group of individuals).
It is noteworthy that within the scope of the criminal proceedings conducted by the Investigative Committee, the prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against N.T. on November 2, 2024, under Article 46-253, Part 2, Points 1 and 2 (inciting a robbery by damaging security measures designated for property preservation with the preliminary agreement of a group of individuals), Article 297, Part 3 (hooliganism committed with the use of a weapon), and Article 335, Part 1 (illegal possession and carrying of firearms). The court has chosen detention as a preventive measure against N.T., and an international wanted notice has been issued for him.
