More than a thousand residents of Artsakh have blocked the road from Aghdam to Askeran to prevent the entry of Azerbaijani humanitarian cargo. The gathering includes residents from Askeran and nearby villages, as well as from Stepanakert. This information comes from Civilnet.am, where Askeran resident Alla Arzumanyan shared her thoughts.

"The goal is to prevent that flour from entering Artsakh; they massacre us, and then they bring flour. There’s neither laughter nor tears. They give bread, then will they kill us?" Alla stated in an interview with the media.

The Askeran resident also added that they are setting up tents to stay there overnight.

It is worth noting that yesterday, Azerbaijani sources released a video about sending what is referred to as a humanitarian cargo from Baku to Stepanakert under the auspices of the Red Cross. By the evening, the residents of Artsakh had blocked the road from Aknay (from Aghdam) to prevent the entry of the Azerbaijani humanitarian cargo.
