According to Shamshyan.com, citing its own sources, at around 12:00 PM, 36-year-old Hayk Hovhannisyan, a resident of Aygevan village, notified the Masis Police Department that during a dispute behind the "Masis" medical center, 45-year-old Ashot Torosyan, a resident of Ayntap village, struck him in the face with his head, resulting in an injury to his nose.

Hayk Hovhannisyan is the director of the "Masis" Medical Center, while Ashot Torosyan serves as the warehouseman at the same facility, and the dispute reportedly arose over a work-related issue.
