The Chairman of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Defense and the Chairman of the Investigative Committee on the 44-day Artsakh war, Andranik Kocharyan, discussed the kidnapping of three students from Artsakh in a conversation with journalists.

“You have forgotten that there have been such kidnappings in the past, before the First Artsakh War. Do you know what kind of commanders were kidnapped? Manvel Grigoryan was kidnapped, Samvel Babayan was kidnapped, but we have won,” he said.
